Comes with all clamps. This is the right exhaust pipe heat shield. Shield has a small scrape on the bottom in front. It doesn't show when the shield is on bike.

I am parting out a 1998 Kawasaki VN750 Vulcan. Comes complete and assembled as shown. No other damage or issues. Chrome looks good.
