Comes complete and assembled as shown. I am parting out a 1998 Kawasaki VN750 Vulcan. This is the left exhaust pipe heat shield. Chrome looks good.

Not cracked, broken, or dented. Comes with all clamps. Shield has a few light scratches but is still in great shape.
