Both systems feature gauge mandrel bent, interconnected headers and full coverage heat shields.

Early systems include two 18mm o2 sensor ports and plugs while late systems include both 18mm and 12mm o2 sensors and plugs. Front pipe crosses over to the left side and is securely mounted to the transmission oil pan.
