This is the correct exhaust cover for Kawasaki 454 ltd model's from 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989 and 1990, as well as the EN500 Vulcan model's from 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and it does have pitting in it, but no areas where the chrome is raised. Here is a right side exhaust cover which was removed from a 1985 Kawasaki 454 ltd. This is the original chrome cover.

The back side bracket and mounting screws are also included.
