Does have a few dents but nothing that's terrible that would hurt performance. PR, HI, AK and such will have to pay shipping. Has normal wear and scratches. Pipe was painted.
Comes as shown. Free shipping only included in the lower 48 continental US. So its been blasted to remove all the paint and sprayed with wd40 keep it from rusting.
