The headers and exhaust is same, only difference in mounting. This was given to me by a friend, unopened, for my cb550, and didn't fit so now i'm selling it off. Black Mac 4into1 aftermarket exhaust system.

I think that it fits a cb400f all years, but might be 350f instead.
