Comes with everything in pictures heat shield included. New for 2016, Honda added a resonator chamber to the header for increased performance. New oem part taken off of a never ridden 2016 CRF250R. Part numbers krn b10, 18323 krn a80 I expect that the exhaust system was used once while the dealer was prepping testing the bike aside from that, the header is unused.
